Clearinghouse will be undergoing maintenance August 3, 2012

Practice Partner will be performing maintenance on the ePrescribing and Billing Clearinghouses on Friday, August 3rd from 7:00pm until 8:00 pm PST in order to improve the system operating capacity.
During this time ePrescribing and 4010 billing services will be unavailable.
Clearinghouse is currently experiencing some intermittent problems - RESOLVED

The Practice Partner Clearinghouse experienced an intermittent connectivity issue today June 29, 2012 from ~2:14pm PDT to ~3:08PM PDT. During this time NEWRX and REFRES messages sent may have been rejected with a 601 error message. Prescribers may have received Refill Requests via fax instead of electronically.
PPS application and network engineers have resolved the issue and transactions are processing successfully at this time. If a 601 error message was received, the transaction will need to be resent.

Surescipts issue sending to Walgreens.

Surescripts has notified that Walgreens, pharmacy chain, is currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. NEWRX and REFRES messages sent to Walgreens may not be processed successfully at this time. Walgreens application and network engineers are working to resolve this issue. An error message from the Surescripts network will be received if a transaction is affected by this issue -- otherwise you may assume that the transaction has gone through to the pharmacy successfully.
