Support Procedures
If a problem should arise using your Medisoft or Clinical software, please
follow the procedures listed below to obtain support. By following these
procedures you are insuring that you will receive the support necessary in a
timely manner.
Once these steps have been taken, a support case will be
created in our support queue and your call will be returned in the order it was
received. Priority calls going to clients that are on current Monthly Support
Contracts.
Please be aware that all support from JB Medical requires an
active support contract. We offer clients incident phone contracts at the following rates: Medisoft V19 and newer is $159.00/hr; Medisoft V18 and older is $249.00/hr. Any unused minutes are saved for future use, but are deducted in
15min increments. In addition to the phone support contract, we offer Monthly
Support Contracts. These contracts vary in support options, but are billed
monthly or if prepaid for a year you receive a 10% discount on the contract. For
more information on the Monthly Support Contracts, please contact your JB
Medical Sales Representative.
Installation Procedures
Installations of Medisoft and Clinical need to be scheduled
in advance. Doing so ensures that our company allocates the necessary time and
staff to perform your installation.
To schedule your install, simply call 877.787.8686.
(All installs need to be
handled in this fashion. Full installs, one computer installs, service pack
installs, etc.)
Before your installation date, please ensure that you meet the
